1) New Adult Hockey League
Welcome to the Cavanagh Sensplex Adult Hockey League (CSAHL). We are dedicated to providing adults with the very best opportunity to enjoy adult recreational hockey in a fun, safe and competitive atmosphere at a world-class facility. To continue on the success had at the Bell Sensplex with day-time and evening Adult Hockey Leagues, we are searching for teams, individuals, groups to start an adult league at the state-of-the-art Cavanagh Sensplex. 2) Adult Shinny
Welcome to the Cavanagh Sensplex Adult Shinny Hockey. We are dedicated to providing adults with the very best opportunity to enjoy adult recreational hockey in a fun, safe and competitive atmosphere at a world-class facility. We continue to improve and strive to make your recreational hockey experience an enjoyable one. If you are a group or an individual interested in starting or participating in a shinny program during the evening or day-time during the winter months at the Cavanagh Sensplex, please email adultleague@bellsensplex.ca or phone (613) 599-0269.

3) Bell Sensplex Adult Hockey League (existing league with occasional games played at the Cavanagh Sensplex)

Welcome to the Bell Sensplex Winter Adult Hockey League (BSAHL). We are dedicated to providing adults with the very best opportunity to enjoy adult recreational hockey in a fun, safe and competitive atmosphere at a world-class facility. We continue to improve and strive to make your recreational hockey experience an enjoyable one. We offer men's, women's and men's 35+ divisions. For details on the 2008-09 Winter League, please read below.

2009-10 Winter BSAHL League registration will begin July 1, 2009.

League Format

  • Guaranteed 25 games (once a week)
    • Four (4) exhibition games before realignment
    • Seventeen (17) Regular Season Games
    • Four (4) Playoff Games guaranteed
  • Divisional Championships are a 2-Game Series (first to 3 pts)
  • Games will be played between Sunday and Thursday
    • Men’s 35+ division(s) will play Thursdays, with a max of four (4) games not on Thursdays. This doesn’t include playoffs.
    • Women will play on Wednesdays, but each team will have a max of three (3) games not on Wednesdays (e.g. Mon, Tues or Thurs). This doesn’t include playoffs.
    • No Games on Dec.23/09-Jan.3/10 (Christmas Break) & April 2 (Good Friday)
  • Men's, Men’s 35+, Women’s divisions
    • Will be looking to have two Men’s 35+ divisions (a max of 12 teams)
    • Qualifying for the men’s 35+ division doesn’t indicate you will be put into this division.
  • Games will be played at the Cavanagh Sensplex (formally Kinburn Sensplex) –
    • Games are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Sundays
    • Each team will be required to play a max of three (3) games at the state-of-the-art Cavanagh Sensplex, but this doesn’t include playoffs.
    • Women will be required to play one (1) game at the Cavanagh Sensplex. This one game will count towards the five (5) non-Wednesday games and will be either Tuesday or Thursday. This doesn’t include playoffs.
