About Cavanagh Sensplex

Overview

The Cavanagh Sensplex is a single pad arena which opened in the fall of 2007 as the newest edition of the West Carleton Community Complex (WCCC). The WCCC is a hub of services and recreation for residents of Ottawa in the West Carleton district. The Cavanagh Sensplex (and WCCC) is operated and managed by Capital Sports Management Inc.

About Capital Sports Management Inc.

Capital Sports Management Inc. (CSMI) is part of the Capital Sports Group of Companies that owns and operates the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club and ScotiaBank Place. It advises developers, municipalities, private owners and managers on the design, development, construction, and management of recreational and entertainment facilities. CSMI also operates the Bell Sensplex, which is another P3 community project.

Pro Shop

There is a full service pro shop located in the Cavanagh Sensplex. Services include skate sharpening and repair and a small inventory of hockey essentials such as sticks and tape.

Hours or Operation

Please note regular hours will begin on September 1st.  August hours may vary depending on the bookings for the day.

Monday - Friday - 5:00pm - 10:00pm

Saturday's - 9:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday's - 10:00am - 6:00pm
